I am doing home improvements and looking to get plastering/skimming work done in my flat as well as other jobs.

Various rooms need sand and concrete base layer on walls and then plastering and skimming: Living room: 8m x 3.6m walls. Bedroom 1: 3.7m x 3.1m. New plaster boards on ceiling and skimming. Bedroom 2: 4m x 3.3m. New plaster boards on ceiling and skimming. Hallway (1 wall) 5m long.
