Painter and Skirting board fitting Hi, I'll need help painting ceilings (one coat is sufficient as they're in good condition) approximately 50 sq m and fitting around 14m of skirting boards (walls has just been replaster). Need the ceiling on a landing skimmed or maybe papered with lining paper & painted following a slow drip from bathroom above. Old house (1842) with multiple layers of plaster, paint & paper to cover up! Might even be worth taking the ceiling down & starting with new plasterboard. I'd guess maybe 3sq m

2 bedrooms and hallway woth 3 flights of stairs

we have a rental apartment and the heating has been broken for the last 6 weeks. as a result some areas have gotten a bit damp and we need to clean and repaint small areas around the flat. The heating will be back up and running by next thursday (8th December) so we are looking for someone to come in on friday 9th December to patch up these areas- mainly around windows/doors where condentation...
