Touching up on ceilings on lower ground floor from previous water damage and a few areas around the property.

Bathroom toilet water tank leak has left air pockets under wall paint in two walls of bathroom. Walls need to be made good, painted and extractor fan needs replacement. Thanks

Modern 2 bed new build apartment. 2 bathrooms mostly tiled only 1 wall and ceilings to paint. Currently all white but scuffed etc. Needs refresh with 2 coats of brilliant white emulsion and eggshell to skirts. One wall in a bedroom is black, this can be painted White so may need an extra coat. Apartment will be empty with no furniture or people.
