Paint kitchen and bathroom walls, doors and skirting.

We’re looking for a painter and decorator to paint walls and skirting in our new build apartment. There are 3 rooms to paint and a hallway, 2.5m height: Bedrooms - 12 SQM each living / Dining - (only need 3 walls painting) 4.5m x 6m We’d also need the skirting to be painted. (We’re only supplying the paint for the walls).

I have a one bedroom flat that needs painting. I am not doing the woodwork just all the walls in a neutral colour. The bedroom needs some filling and smoothing out where a lot of pictures have hung but nothing major.
