Have 2 bedrooms and one living room that needs to be painted and have already bought the paint

To fix Wallpaper only in a small room

Repaint 1 bed flat with one bedroom, one bathroom, one hallway and once open plan reception/kitchen room

Need the ceiling on a landing skimmed or maybe papered with lining paper & painted following a slow drip from bathroom above. Old house (1842) with multiple layers of plaster, paint & paper to cover up! Might even be worth taking the ceiling down & starting with new plasterboard. I'd guess maybe 3sq m
