Stairs and landing, cottage style so not to high. To include lining paper to stairway wall.

Paint 3 rooms: Room 1: 3.3m x 3m Room 2: 3.2m x 3m Room 3: 5.4m x 4.1m (L shaped room) I'll provide the paint but I'd like a quote for the full job, not an hourly quote please.

All wood work needs to be painted - door frames , doors, hand rail on landing, skirting in one bedroom flat. Small patchwork on walls where new electric sockets have been inserted (3 places), single final coat in the living room (all walls and ceilings have already been painted)

2 x bedrooms (3.20m x 3m, 3.33m x 1.88m), 1 x kitchen/living room (7.19m x 3.81m), 1 x bathroom, hallway.
