Paint entire apartment 140m2 in area, on 2 floors. Apartment completely rebuilt in 2014 so fixtures/fittings are all modern.

I'd like to have someone put a stain block this week followed by painting a bathroom the following week. Thanks!

Patch up signs of an old leak from upstairs flat. A small corner on ceiling above the bath and 1sqm in ceiling of hallway. Probably Requires 2 coats of stain block and 2 coats of emulsion

Two coats required. Height of walls 3.4 m. Upstairs total area 90 sq m. Two coats required. Height of walls 2.5m. Paint would be supplied. Would estimate 8 day job for one person.

Paint hallway walls and ceiling, including removing some sections of water-damaged wallpaper and a small area of damaged plasterboard. Additionally add a coat of paint to various wooden doors.

I have a bathroom ceiling that is damaged by a leak from the above flat. Would like it to be painted. Would like advise on the colour of the undercoat and paint please? Thank you. Can I have a inspection done beforehand.
