Interior paint job -- mainly touch-ups with white and grey paint across 3 rooms and hallways -- for a terraced house. Estimated 1,100 square foot interior space. Thanks!

I have a bedroom that's about 4m x 3.5m, standard flat height. Looking to get the whole room and ceiling painted and the baseboards too. Three walls and the ceiling likely one colour and then a feature wall in a different colour. There are a few marks in the walls and a line where a built in wardrobe used to be that would need to be filled in and sanded down.

I have a very high ceiling staircase and lobby that would require a tall Ladder. I can send picture or video as it is hard to explain.
