Could you quote me please for full decoration - walls only, no ceiling or wood. Probably same colour Magnolia. Two bed, open space living rom/kitchen and one bathroom.

We’re looking for a painter and decorator to paint walls and skirting in our new build apartment. There are 3 rooms to paint and a hallway, 2.5m height: Bedrooms - 12 SQM each living / Dining - (only need 3 walls painting) 4.5m x 6m We’d also need the skirting to be painted. (We’re only supplying the paint for the walls).

To put Wallpaper up on one wall.

Paint/Decorate 4 rooms, Sand down

Bathroom in first floor flat: remove area of ceiling wallpaper damaged in flood from above, touch up any damaged ceiling plaster, replace wallpaper and repaint entire ceiling. Optionally, regrout tiles. Bedroom - paint ceiling, edges have been subject to mould which has been cleaned with mould remover.

I have a bedroom that's about 4m x 3.5m, standard flat height. Looking to get the whole room and ceiling painted and the baseboards too. Three walls and the ceiling likely one colour and then a feature wall in a different colour. There are a few marks in the walls and a line where a built in wardrobe used to be that would need to be filled in and sanded down.

I just need someone to paint a freshly skim plastered ceiling (dry) in a bedroom approximately 10ft x 17ft in a rental property in Pitsea. I already have a big tub of Dulux Supermatt paint. The only querk is that the tenant has 3 beds in that room for her kids so you will need to work around these and cover everything to protect from drips.
