Lounge/diner approximately 27 ft x 12 ft requires wallpapering, plus painting of ceiling, skirting boards, two doors (one partially glazed) and a chimney breast. Room is divided by glazed sliding doors (two fixed panels and two sliders, approximately 8 ft wide) , which will also need painting.
