we have a rental apartment and the heating has been broken for the last 6 weeks. as a result some areas have gotten a bit damp and we need to clean and repaint small areas around the flat. The heating will be back up and running by next thursday (8th December) so we are looking for someone to come in on friday 9th December to patch up these areas- mainly around windows/doors where condentation...

Walls, doors/frames and skirtings in the following areas: - One 380sq ft office (medium-heavy prep) - x2 WCs less than 40 sq ft each, one including small separated washroom (basic prep) - Very small kitchenette with adjoining WC & washroom (total 55 sq ft, already prepped)

Need to repaint a 7sqm area of ceiling that was damaged due to a water leak.
