Paint entire apartment 140m2 in area, on 2 floors. Apartment completely rebuilt in 2014 so fixtures/fittings are all modern.

I'd like to have someone put a stain block this week followed by painting a bathroom the following week. Thanks!

Need the ceiling on a landing skimmed or maybe papered with lining paper & painted following a slow drip from bathroom above. Old house (1842) with multiple layers of plaster, paint & paper to cover up! Might even be worth taking the ceiling down & starting with new plasterboard. I'd guess maybe 3sq m
