Looking at purchasing a 3 bed terrace house that will be in need of renovating to a good standard to sell on, we are looking a rough costs to put our project together

We’re looking for a painter and decorator to paint walls and skirting in our new build apartment. There are 3 rooms to paint and a hallway, 2.5m height: Bedrooms - 12 SQM each living / Dining - (only need 3 walls painting) 4.5m x 6m We’d also need the skirting to be painted. (We’re only supplying the paint for the walls).

Painting bathroom ceiling which is 7’x7’ with satin white bathroom paint.
