I live in Curry Rivel and would like a local builder. In 5-year old bathroom, Change large bath for smaller one, remove small, shallow partial stud partition and lay wood laminate.

Building a new house

Need lintel replaced over front window ASAP. Have lintel ordered just need spare hand with the help. Expecting each window to take 1.5 days. Plus future major extension for house going through planning.

Felt in roof needs renewing.

Extend garage 6-8 foot new flat roof. Possibly slabbing at rear of house.

Repair/install chimney breast lintel and open up fireplace.

Remove Part of stud wall,drain ,remove radiator and either cap off underfloor or re fit to another wall .remove door and frame supply and fit plasterboard/and plaster in part where door was. Fit double socket electric plug on wall where door was.Fit wooden surround to area where plasterboard was removed, and make good
