Have taken off some plaster to drill holes for Dryrods and I found the foot of a rotting upright timber by the brickwork on the adjacent wall. Brickwork and timber are damp at the foot of the wall and is between 1' and 2' long in 3 places. Those parts of the wall never had a dpc put in.

Remove carpets throughout (1.5 bed flat), then install wood floors by throughout the house, paint all walls and doors.

Put on curtain pole, toilet seat, 2 toilet shelf, bathroom mirror, bathroom panel, 2 shelf’s .

Rear side extension adding 9sqm of additional internal space. New pitched zinc roof over existing extension and side. Byfold door at the back.

Renovation of one full bathroom. We would like to proceed first with ALL the 1st fix copper piping for the following; Shower & mixer, Basin & mixer, Pan and frame.
