I need a builder please for my house

Need someone to come out and inspect roof internally & externally. Felting has come away where ridge tile is so there is debri coming in. When looking at rear roof from the outside there appears to be a gap below the ridge tile. Apologise for my poor explanation but I am female and 82 years old. Need a quote please but believe you need to look at it first. Many thanks.
