Small two storey Mid-terrace house built in 1901; requires pointing and repair to brickwork and flashing. Front (both storeys) and back (upper storey as lower back is full french window).

We recently purchased a 90 sq terraced house from 1930’s (London SE4), concrete built. It is in need of reform, namely, insulation, underfloor heating, attic conversion, new access to the garden from the living room and relocation of interior walls.
