We have drainage issues around our house with resting water/water pooling next to the house and damp coming through outer walls. We would like someone to install proper drainage around the rear of our house to stop the damp issues, we would also potentially like to pave around the house and would potentially consider it as part of the same job.

Hi. We had the kitchen and breakfast room knocked through some 12 years ago. Kitchen has a solid floor, breakfast room suspended floor on rafters installed by builders - oak t&g layed over both as one seamless floor. Suspended floor has started to sink - now about an inch under the skirting in areas. Obviously the timbers installed by previous not up to the job or poorly fixed in place. Needs...
