Build 2 retaining walls. the back retaining wall is about 70-80cm. The front retaining wall is 90-100cm. the two side flowerbeds are around 60cm. The two possible new side walls would be the same height as the front retaining wall.

In the kitchen, under the cabinet there are some holes done by mouse. I want to block those holes and want to close the entry points of mouse in kitchen. For this work might be need to remove the cabinet and cabinet door.

Cosmetic changes to bathroom, lift carpet and lay vinyl . Bathroom: Install new vanity, install new toilet and board the bath. I will order the parts myself. To change 4 sinks possible double in some classes , add units to sinks ... these sinks are in classrooms and one in a working area for children .
