Loft conversion to add bedroom and bathroom. Single storey extension, extending kitchen and open plan living area, garage conversion for an office and downstairs shower room .

A small repointing work of less than 2.5m2 brick wall with lime mortar. No scaffolding needed, it's above the bathroom extension roof. No urgency.

Small wall to be taken down at entrance to Kitchen. The wall approx 2.5 feet in length doesn’t seem to be holding up any house structure at ceiling height But of course need advice.
