We have 2 chimney breasts in the house we would like removing. We would like both chimney breasts removed ground and 1st floor, but the chimney stack to remain, so supported in the loft space. 1 chimney breast is on the connected wall, we are yet to get agreement from the neighbour, but don't think this will be an issue.

I am looking to have 2 x new folding patio doors installed (supply and fit). The old doors will need removing and opening made bigger to fit new folding doors.They will need new steels put in on both. As well as the doors a new raised decking with railing/barriers. All planning permission has been obtained.
