Replacement of mixer kitchen tap

I need plumber in my 8 maplewood close blackley Manchester M9 8NW

Clear blocked kitchen pipe (plunger does not clear) plus cap washing machine inlet to u bend under sink. Also tighten loose tap units

1Toilet over flowing and the 2nd Toilet flusher to be fixed

Stop tap under toilet needs replacement. Probably need to be cut at the pipe and a new flex part put on, although accessible it would be difficult to get spanners in and it would create problems trying to remove the toilet from the wall

Run some plastic pipes, connect to hot and cold mains probably 2 days work

I have taken a radiator off the wall for it to be plastered. The radiator was isolated first but it’s leaking. It’s very old pipes and the leak is actually coming from the bottom of the valve. Unable to just tighten it. The whole thing needs replacing as the boiler just keeps dropping pressure from the leak

Had new taps fitted hi constantly dripping from metal pipe that is attached to copper pipe

Fit radiator back on bathroom wall & reconnect to GCH system. Will need attachments & may need new valve as there's a leak.
