Shower is only running cold with no hot water. Lights are on on fixture but no heat is released with flow

Taps, Install mixer tap, Toilet, Water running, replace cistern

The kitchen sink is filling up and not draining when the washing machine empties. The outlet pipe needs rodding. It has responded well in the past to clearing with a snake. Also advice on remedial action to prevent a reoccurrence.

Leaking bath pipe after reconnecting, should be a quick job

Leak under the sink due to a blockage. Plastic pipe. Hasn’t isolated the water supply. Fully accessible.

Repair basin with hairline crack [ non leaking to outer side of basin] or fit new basin in existing vanity unit in a bathroom

Fit a sink waste disposal

Install new toilet, sink, two taps.

Old tap dripping. Have purchased new Tap which needs fixing

Remove existing radiators, secure new ones, and modify pipework at one end, as new ones are slightly longer. Timescale, approximately 4hours.
