Change kitchen sink waste fittings ( leaking at present )

1st fix ready for a fitted kitchen. I need to move the washing machine waste outlet/have the outlet go into a spigot fixing and change over taps ready for the new 1 bowl sink

The toilet keeps on filling up. you need to jiggle the float to get it to stop. it is practically new though, and has had very little use (new build)

Install shower sprayer next to toilet seat. For two bathrooms, need two T shaped connectors (sprayer is 1/2 inch but toilet seat connection not sure. Sprayer kit is available (without t connector for toilet seat)

Pipe under kitchen sink that supplies o/s tap is leaking. I’ve turned off the isolator now require the pipe to be repaired

Replace a valve connecting to the washing machine.

Fix boiler/water tank. We have heating at the moment but not hot water.
