Hi! I'm Alan, hope you can help. We've removed an old fire surround in our sitting room and want to fit a wall mounted electric fire. The wall needs making good as parts of it has old brickwork and cement showing. We're looking for a smooth finished wall, whether it's plastering or boarding, whatever you think might be best.
