Heating engineers near WC2H from £28 per hour

We are a charity renting an old pub as an office space. There is no heating in the building, and we're looking for a good heating solution. Its ground and lower ground floor. Thermostat controlling underfloor heating (in kitchen) not working. Boiler, timer controlling boiler and thermostat controlling radiators all working fine.
