Cutting grass backyard

I need a gardener to clear the winter overgrown and cut some bushes. It is a very small garden but needs a bit of TLC

Cut grass weed around the sides cut back overgrown shrubs. Bag the cuttings .

Mow lawn; trim edges. Weed beds. General tidy up (dead head, prune etc) front garde (20’ x 12’) and back garden (70’ x 20’)

Basic Weeding the garden

Cleaning and weeding of the garden slabs, and professionally pressure jet washing of the slabs in the rear, side and front (if applicable) garden slabs, weeding of the flower beds and professional steam cleaning of the carpets in the property if these exist

Grass cut, bushes trimmed, leaning and weeding off the garden slabs, and pressure jet washing off the slabs in the rear. Both very small front garden with one rose bush and grass (no borders etc), and back garden with just grass, no flower beds/borders. Slightly overgrown.

Lay Astro turf and slabs

De-weed small and Seed with grass seed the garden. Area is 3x3m and trim one 2x1m hedge.

Need front hedging to be cut down

Two hedges at the front of my house just need tidying , hedges aren't massive shouldn't be more than an hour.

Digging up old lawn and reseeding

General garden maintenance needed for property in Cricklewood. Leaf collection and general trimming of plants. Garden is fully tiled with artificial grass so no lawnmower needed.

M garden needs to be tidied. grass cut some plants cut and potentially a tree to cut as it makes alot of mess. garden is fairly small 2x3m (i haven't measured it) need it to look presentable. will need all garden waste taken also. previosuly i have done the garden myself but would like it done properly. any suggestions on how to keep the foxes out are welcome
