Small patio - the sleepers have subsided due to there not being the right drainage at the back . They need taking out , drainage put in and the wall / sleepers rebuilt .

Clear small garden, remove weeds clean garden pots etc. small 6 m2 section with stones.

I need my lawn mowing with a decent mower, as the grass is quite high, and some weeds could be ripped out. I live in N51AT and can supply parking vouchers if necessary.
