Hi, we are a small block of flats with two communal gardens (circa 22x10m and 10x3m). Looking for basic services of lawn mowing, occassional pruning of shrubs and clearing of weeds etc from garden path / parking lot. One off additional bits to be quoted seperately if interested include new bin store. Note we have no equipment, so need to bring.

Back and front are patio/paving with plants/shrubery. In the back plants/shrubery are around 2 walls (1 x10m length and 1 x5 width) whereas in the front they cover half of a 9mx7m area. They need de weeding and then tidied up

Weeding a small front garden (similar size to office / box room 2,97 x 1.85 cm). Remove weeds from garden, small path edges leading to street and outside front garden walls.
