Need turfing at back of garden, 12m2

Small front garden, that has completely overgrown due to poor health. So grass needs cutting which is very long and bushes round the side and front of garden all need cutting back. Don't expect a wonderful garden at the end just a tidy one would be nice. I'm guessing the size is approx 3 mts by 5mts

A bamboo bush needs to be taken out, trimmed and put back planted in pots as it's grown so large it's gone under my neighbours fence and has cracked some of her patio tiles. I also need some of my railway sleeper boarders fixed as the bamboo has grown and knocked the top off (they are two sleepers high).

Mow grass, depending, prune overgrown bushes and then maintain on a monthly basis

Recently purchased the property. It has a front garden and a back garden. Around 250 m2 Would like to have one general maintenance (hedge trimming, lawn, tree prune) to start with. If applicable, to discuss future maintenance projects and improvement (e.g. removal of a few trees)
