A) 4 hours work to mow 70ft x 15ft straight rectangle lawn and prune back any of the 10 (possibly) overhanging shrubs to show the rectangle lawn/make neat. B) Then 2 hours upkeep/ aftercare a month

Clear a badly overgrown garden of brambles and buddleia. Approx 100 X 15 feet. Remove roots. Remove apple tree. Prune existing shrubs.
