To plant some seeds in garden

I have MS so i need a Gardiner to bring plants and to plant them too. We have a roof terrace and lots of pots and three irrigation systems which are not working. I would want gardeners to come fairly regularly to begin with as we lost our gardener last summer and then would require maintenance every 6 weeks or as advised by you. We think we need two gardeners 4 hours a session and look...

One off clearance. Brambled hedges need cutting back. Weeds in garden need excavating. Medium sized garden.
