We need an unruly bay tree to be tamed that separates front gardens. Neighbour is happy for work to be undertaken. There is also an alleyway (40 ft) that needs clearing of weeds / brambles

Basic Weeding the garden

Cleaning and weeding of the garden slabs, and professionally pressure jet washing of the slabs in the rear, side and front (if applicable) garden slabs, weeding of the flower beds and professional steam cleaning of the carpets in the property if these exist

Grass cut, bushes trimmed, leaning and weeding off the garden slabs, and pressure jet washing off the slabs in the rear. Both very small front garden with one rose bush and grass (no borders etc), and back garden with just grass, no flower beds/borders. Slightly overgrown.
