Lawn Mowing-Medium size garden -Monthly basis

Hi there, we are looking to pay someone about £40 per month for around an hour's work, maintaining our small front and back garden. This would involve mowing the lawns, weeding the paths ways and weeding a flower bed. It would be great if they could give it a good watering as well.

General tidying, plant splitting, replanning, etc. Owner 90 but very knowledgeable so would be ideal for a young man who wants to do more than just leaf blowing and lawn mowing. Half a day per fortnight should do. Next door also seeks a gardener but they are mostly lawn. But an ideal set-up although lawns need weekly mowing in season.
