Fit outside garden tap

Mixer tap not turning on

The boiler will not turn off when room gets to temperature and the house over heats. Also boiler needs servicing.

Downstairs toilet: fit heated towel rail, adapt existing piping for fit. Adapt and fit existing piping for sink. Top up boiler with Fernox.

Leak coming from the pipework under the kitchen sink. Has been happening since about 8:30 last night. Water hasn't been isolated.
