I have a lever-operated concealed cistern which is not flushing. It needs Siphon replaced. If it can be done without taking out the cistern then that would be good and I would prefer it is replaced with a Thomas Dudley Turbo 88 Duo-Flush Siphon or similar for ease of futurer maintenance.

Unable to use Kitchen sink as it is leaking underneath, seems the seal at the join of waste pipes to sink is loose. Also, have a shower that needs resealed at the bottom where wet walls meets tray, a radiator in a bedroom is not working and the utility room tap is loose too.
