If my thermostat is on 21/23 degree all the radiators are off . I need to turn the thermostat on 26 to make the radiators hot. The thermostat is located in the hall: even if I turn off the radiator in the hall, the radiators located in different rooms are cold ( if I leave the temperature on the thermostat on 21/23).
