Hi, we have had the following issues listed by a family friend who is a plumber but is now unavailable: -Pump is on wrong way round. Pump direction should be toward both zone valves. At the moment it’s facing away from them. -Small 15mm pipe that feeds the heating system from the tank in the loft is connected to the heating system in the wrong place. -Small blockages throughout pipework....

I need to replace a Grundfos Scala that is leaking, pipework already in place, flexible hose access. kept in the airing cupboard, job will be to uninstall existing pump and possibly flexi hose and replace with new.

Our high level cistern loo is having some issues: 1. The stop cock value is not turning off 100% without a little help eg pulling it up then Holds 2. There is small leak from bottom of cistern down the pipe - maybe washer gone on the join to cistern? Best wishes Duncan

Isolation valve tap feeding washing machine is leaking when on and off so needs replacing also the washing machine outlet pipe that goes through wall to drain leaks and has broken fittings so needs replacing also .
