To replace thermostatic shower cartridge in upstairs bathroom. Temperature of shower goes from hot to cold when set on hot temperature. Have to turn on bath tap to regulate temperature and then switch back to shower head for about 30-60 seconds of warm water, then the water goes cold again. Boiler pressure and temperature drops when this happens.
