I have a leak underneath my kitchen sink, I was told both taps need to be replaced to stop the leak. That's one job the second job is my toilet's seat came off. the screws become loose and eventually the seat came off. not sure if the whole seat needs to be changed or just the screws replaced. I need a quote for each job separately and a quote for both jobs if I decided to do them together.
