Plumbers near SK3 from £25 per hour

Hi, we've just moved house and have a few niggles we'd like to get sorted. 1) The toilet flush is working but it appears to be constantly running, with a small amount of water running into the bowl constantly. 2) The tap for the sink is a bit loose. Replacing washer on leaking outdoor tap

Fit a downstairs toilet in cloakroom under the stairs. There is no plumbing in the cloakroom so this would need to be set up however the waste pipe is on the same side of the house.

Dripping tap and washer is plumbed in to the hot water supply!
