Boiler & hot water system OK. All five C/H radiators cold. System has been drained & flushed through but no improvement. Connected outside tap to drain near boiler - result overflow at C/H header tank as expected. Connected outside tap to each of the other two draincocks - result NO overflow at C/H header tank - so blockage suspected. POWERFLUSH required.
