As there is water pooling...

I need a report for a clogged SVP pipe that's causing my toilet ot gurgle and smell like sewage. I have already had a plumber out who confirmed the issue, I just need a report so the council can come and unclog the pipe. No further need or attempt to unclog the toilet needed.

I need a a macerator replaced in my toilet. I cannot see which model it is so this will have to be checked
