Heating header tank overflowing

Our hot water and the central heating both keep turning on, even when the programmer is set to just heat water. The boiler also fires up outside of the timings set on the programmer. We believe there is an issue with either: the three port valve, or the programmer. We had the three port valve replaced two years ago.

Hello, I have an electric shower and in the last day it has lost all pressure. We have done some investigation and can’t see any leaks so aren’t sure what the reason could be. Please could you give an idea of how much it would cost to fix and when you are available to come?
