We have purchased a new shower for replacement but but to find out where the plumbing controller is in the bathroom before installation.

Loose pipes near the boiler that need to be clipped and 1 pvc white pipe that needs to be replaced

Reposition and replace pipework for a washing machine

Replace a macerating toilet in cellar bathroom with a new top end model. Relocate washer and dryer from kitchen to cellar where there is water supply (boiler and water meter in room) but not sure about waste... but there is waste in nearby bathroom for certain.

Fit one new basin and change one basin and fix new one

Water is coming through to the dining room. The hot cylinder in the airing cupboard is dripping. The leak is coming from the pipework on the side of the cylinder. British gas came and checked the boiler and cylinder in September and all was okay.
