Install a basement sump pump and/or alternative flood-proofing system. We have an existing basement, which floods from groundwater ingress in bad weather. (Flooding through one of the walls and another point near basement stairs). Would like to explore any solution to prevent flooding (sump pump / French drain / tanking). Thank you

Hello there - I have been let down by a plumber and need a radiator moved urgently from one side of a ( small ) room to the other, to allow a piano to be moved. I am happy for the pipework to just go round the skirting board and don't want the floorboards to be taken up. Hope someone might be able to do this? Many thanks
