A Thames Water engineer has confirmed and identified a leak on the cold-water storage tank located behind the boarding above the toilet. He’s confirmed there is water leaking into the bath from the tank overflow, which is connected to the bath overflow. A repair will need to be carried out. May I please have a quote?

Kitchen sinks drains very slowly and when the washing machine works the water backs up a lot. It also leaks from the sink's overflow pipe.

Divert existing mains water from existing stop valve, via copper (or possibly flexible hose) through plastic lid to rainwater tank approx 1 metre below. Connect tundish with air gap. Fit mains water solenoid (not supplied) to existing float switch. Fit pressure sensitive submersible pump (supplied).
