My stop tap is seized i require a new stop tap fitted to the pipework underneath my kitchen sink

Burst pipe in the bathroom, seems like under the sink. Caused water leak downstairs in the kitchen .

Remove old kitchen mixer tap and replace a new one

Unblock / replace pipe from rear of bottle trap to waste pipe under kitchen sink. unblock / replace overflow to kitchen sink. replace drainer from kitchen sink to bottle trap. check washer on bathroom cold tap as tap is screeching.
