Shower is only running cold with no hot water. Lights are on on fixture but no heat is released with flow

The kitchen sink is filling up and not draining when the washing machine empties. The outlet pipe needs rodding. It has responded well in the past to clearing with a snake. Also advice on remedial action to prevent a reoccurrence.

We have a set of bathroom taps that need their heads removed as we are trying to replace them, but we have been unable to unscrew and detach them ourselves. We’ve tried WD-40, pliers, a hammer, etc. They are old and very stuck. Please could you let us know if this is something you could help with and provide a quote.
