Refit a kitchen sink

Our high level cistern loo is having some issues: 1. The stop cock value is not turning off 100% without a little help eg pulling it up then Holds 2. There is small leak from bottom of cistern down the pipe - maybe washer gone on the join to cistern? Best wishes Duncan

Fitting a replacement Qettle boiling water tap, not complete system tank ok.

Low pressure when I turn bathroom taps to hot. The bath and sink tap pressure is fine but when I turn it left to make tge water hot, the pressure drops.
